COMMUNITY DANCE OPPORTUNITY IN PENRITH! An exciting contemporary and street dance festival comes to Penrith town centre this summer as part of LAKES ALIVE, a four-year programme of world-class performance and arts events throughout Cumbria. DANCE DAZE on Sunday 26 July will be a real celebration of dance, with professional performances in and around the town centre.

This major new photography exhibition, organised by Hayward Touring in collaboration with the photographic agencies Autograph ABP and Magnum Photos takes an in-depth look at the prevalence of slavery and injustice in the 21st century through the lenses of eight internationally acclaimed documentary photographers. The exhibition began at the Royal Festival, Southbank Centre in London and comes to Tullie House in Carlisle as part of a national tour.
